Kelle practices domestic and juvenile law, including dissolutions, modifications, contempt actions, guardianships, and adoptions. She also handles traffic and municipal ordinance violations and personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining Burmeister Gilmore LLP, Kelle clerked for Commissioner Robert M. Scheiber, Division 43, and Family Court Presiding Judge Jon R. Gray, Division 18—both of the 16th Judicial Circuit in Jackson County, Missouri. During these judicial clerkships, Kelle developed a passion for helping families through child advocacy.
Kelle also represents children as their Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem through Jackson County CASA, a non-profit agency, and by appointment in private matters. She finds great satisfaction in advocating on behalf of children who have been abused or neglected.
