Mark puts his courtroom know-how to work protecting your legal rights. Mark developed his trial skills at the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, where he helped conduct six jury trials before ever graduating law school. He was also a member of the Advanced Trial Advocacy Team as a student at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law.

In the time since law school, Mark has dedicated his practice to being your “family attorney.” He has represented clients in many personal injury, civil litigation, criminal/traffic, domestic/family law, bankruptcy, and probate cases.

Mark understands that his clients have not spent much time in a courtroom. Harkening back to the days when attorneys were considered “counselors” at law, Mark enjoys counseling his clients, explaining their legal options, and guiding them through the judicial process. In short, Mark blends his courtroom experience with a genuine concern for your family that you will recognize from the first day you meet him.
